Timetable Craft is a free schedule maker and course table maker that runs in your browser.
Workday is the source of record for UBC students. This site reads an Excel export in your browser, lists every section, and lets you choose what to draw on the weekly timetable.
Not affiliated with UBC. Times and rooms can change — always confirm in Workday.
One course model
Excel import and manual entry become the same course objects. The timetable does not care where a class came from.
No account
There is no server login. The schedule stays in this browser until you reset it.
Export when you need it
PNG export captures the timetable card only — not the editors.

SFU, Waterloo, and other schools: send us your timetable file.
UBC Workday Excel already imports. If you are at SFU, Waterloo, U of T, McGill, or anywhere else, attach a sample export and we will add the parser so your classmates can import too.

What to send

A sample timetable export (Excel, CSV, or the file your portal gives you).

Where you downloaded it — Quest, goSFU, ACORN, Minerva, or similar.
You can strip names and IDs first. A real file is enough for us to add one-click import.
Privacy
Your Excel never leaves the device. Parsing, layout, and PNG export all run locally. Reset deletes the saved schedule from this browser.
